About 5 days after the prime suspect, Bruce Ivans, killed himself before he was about to be indicated on 5 counts of murder charges and other crimes in relation to the anthrax attacks of September 2001 and October 2001, the Feds have unsealed about 98% of all related documents to the investigation. I am just going over the information now which should be an interesting way in how our legal system works and how the case progressed through the 7 years of investigations.
There is a ton of information to read. I must say that each of the search warrant affidavits were very well prepared. Goto the U.S. Department of Justice website to read all the information.

I think this evidence clearly points to Dr. Bruce Ivans. If I was on the jury of this case, I would vote to convict. But everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I think FBI is so smart, indicting him after he is dead ! by the way, why is he not called a terrorist? didn’t he act like a terrorist? is it because he is an American and Americans cannot be terrorist? and why was he not apprehended before committing suicide, since now we have so many laws denying the rights of the terrorists. We kidnape people from the other side of the world and bring them to ” Justice” but we can’t arrest a terrorist who lives few miles away from the Whit house?? are you guys kidding me?

A few minutes ago the U.S. Department of Justice held a news conference regarding some of your questions, which I will answer only the “arrest” question here because it’s still very fresh in my mind.
The FBI is not in the practice of looking after the well being of someone and usually likes to stay discreetly away from someone they are watching. They did mention that leading up to his suicide he was under 24/7 surveillance, but to make sure he wasn’t a threat to anyone else he might want to harm.
