So I been cooking a lot, many of the same recipes that I already have done, but tonight I tried something new!

A new desert: Peacan Pie. This was the simplest and I just finished it about 10 minutes ago from this post.

Anyway… that’s about it!

Having a day off from work, the World Series going on, and it being the Halloween Season, I decided to make two new dishes tonight: One being a dessert: Pumpkin Pie. So I started making this meal about an hour and half before game time in Philadelphia. Time you need for this whole meal is the hour and a half.

Last night, my sister came over and we had dinner together and watched a movie from my extensive DVD collection. What we cooked for dinner, together, was Chicken and Red Potato with Green Beans. The meal was very good and we cooked enough that there is enough chicken to last a week. This meal has lots of steps so I am going to break down the process in each part of the meal with the final result posted at the end since you are really cooking three meals and combining them on one plate.

In my new ‘Cooking with Shane’ seris we examine the classic quesadilla dish. Simply put.

  • Two Tortias (Corn or Wheat is better for you)
  • Cheese (Any type… thoroughly cut)
  • Optional
    • Salsa (Your flavor… mine is always HOT)
    • Jalapones
    • Chicken

Tonight, after bring back the groceries, the batch of eggs that I got to make Eggs Benedict at a later date was accelerated because most of the eggs broke on the way back to the apartment. So tonight I sped up my cooking Eggs Benedict — for dinner. So lets get started on what happened. (No pictures this time, but next time after I am doing this I will take some snapshots of the final product.)
