I don’t even like Jay Leno or when he hosted the Tonight Show on NBC. But here is my take of the situation:

Jay: YOU SHOULD RETIRE!

The ratings even when you were part of the Tonight Show always did well because of the Late Local News and that you started before David Letterman.

Don’t you have enough pride to retire and let Conan take the helm of on the greatest NBC Franchise in modern history? I guess not.
