Today was our last day in Deer Valley. *cries* This mountain was fabulous the 3 days I visited it. Since it was our last day in Deer Valley and we could do it, myself and my sister skied over 25,000 vertical feet (26,790 was the actual vertical feet). This is a little over 5 miles of skiing in one day. My legs hurt until I got in the hot tub back in the condo.

To do this we had to ditch mom after lunch to ski hard and fast to take the flagstaff mountain lifts up 8 times to go 25,000 vertical feet. We only got in 7 rides up before the lift closed so we ended up doing the ski school lift once to get the extra feet needed. While we were coming back down from the flagstaff peek, we caught up with mom who finished our journey.

I know this is already a few days old, but I am really sad to see my NY Jets loose the AFC Championship Game. I am very proud they did very well this year which makes me believe they can do even better next year!  Playing against the Colts is really hard, and the Jets did not make it easy for them in the 1st half of the game.

Another successful event about all things Battlestar with the wonderful panel that I was part of again. This being our second time doing this panel we had much more fun this time around since the entire evening was talking about the show. We were not rushed doing other events and we still had time for Battlestar Galactica Trivia in between the major question directions.

So today was the first time I visited CitiField, the home of the New York Mets, and let me tell you that the ball park, just like the new Yankee Stadium is impressive! A friend came along as we have had gotten two tickets. Heading to CitiField was just like going to Shea. Headed via Exit 22B and parked in the 1939 New York Worlds Fair is still the most convent route to take.

This past Sunday, the August 30th, 2009, I went to my first ever Battlestar related event and to top it off, I was one of the panel members when discussion took place. The event which lasted just over 4 hours at the *HiChristina* art gallery.

While the panel was one aspect of the event, it was not the only thing going on. Let’s recap the night activities in which I thoroughly enjoyed.

So yesterday, May 7th, I went the Yankees game. Though the Yankees lost, I had a wonderful time.

After parking the car and walking into the stadium, we passed John Sterling awaiting the players to come to the stadium. He was just standing outside the entrance near gate 8. Who knows. :)

Yes. This is the first post on my blog in over 4 months. What have I been doing? I been working like a whore that I am. :D There is even so many changes to the official release of 2.7.1 that I had to get rid of the production copy that I had on this server with my multiple gallery support. I did remove that feature from my site so posts that had it, will function a little weird right now. They are very old posts so I don’t seem them becoming a problem right now. More on this later. So… you are wondering why I am posted again after 4 months? Well… I will tell you a story.
